Announcement of Open Journal Systems (OJS) Upgrade to Version 3.5.0.4
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Publisher is pleased to announce that, effective June 2026, the journal management platform has been successfully upgraded from Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 2.4.8.0 to Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.5.0.4.
This upgrade has been undertaken to enhance system security, improve performance, provide a more modern and user-friendly interface, and support the latest standards in scholarly publishing and journal management.
The new version introduces a number of significant improvements, including:
- Enhanced security and system stability.
- Improved editorial and peer-review workflows.
- A more intuitive and responsive user interface.
- Better support for metadata management and scholarly publishing standards.
- Improved integration with services such as DOI, ORCID, and indexing platforms.
As a result of these changes, all Editors, Reviewers, and Authors are kindly requested to familiarize themselves with the updated system interface and workflow procedures. While existing user accounts and journal data remain available, certain menus, features, and operational processes may differ from those in the previous version.
