The flow of explanation can be made in accordance with the flow of thinking logic carried out and generally uses deductive logic. The introductory narrative is prepared to emphasize the flow of thought, purpose, direction, benefits, and urgency of the activities carried out. Exposure to information from library sources in the logic presented shows the “state of the art” or the latest achievements of the object of study. The introductory description can be closed by conveying the purpose, objectives and scope of the study carried out, and, if necessary, expectations for the continuation of the study results achieved.

The research method contains the type of research, method of approach, sources of legal materials and data sources, legal material collection techniques, data collection techniques, and methods of analyzing legal materials and data analysis.

An example of writing a Research Method:
This paper uses normative legal research methods because the focus of the study departs from the vagueness of norms, using approaches: statute approach, conceptual approach, and analytical approach. The technique of searching for legal materials uses document study techniques, and the analysis of the study uses qualitative analysis.

C. RESULT AND DISCUSSION

The writing of the Results and Discussion section contains the results or research findings (scientific findings) followed by scientific discussion. The description of the discussion in the Results and Discussion chapter is descriptive, analytical and critical. The description of the discussion must be adjusted to the sequence of legal issues that are the main elements in the study. Theories included in the theoretical framework must be cited in this chapter. The state of art stated in the Introduction Section is also reviewed and elaborated in the Results and Discussion Section. The analysis in the Results and Discussion section can be supported by tables that are presented horizontally. Table presentation is completed with “Table Title” and “Table Source.” Each Table is followed by the author's review and comments as part of the analysis of the Table presented. In addition to tables, the provisions of the Law or other regulations presented are complemented by the author's review and opinion in strengthening and sharpening the analysis of the article submitted for publication.

If the author uses tables in his/her writing, the tables should be numbered consecutively. See Template

If images are used in the paper, they should be high-resolution and not broken when printed.
Supporting instruments such as tables and figures must also be accompanied by an analysis or explanation of the instrument and its relevance to the author's writing.
