SANISA: Jurnal Kreativitas Mahasiswa Hukum is a peer-reviewed media managed and published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura. SANISA: Jurnal Kreativitas Mahasiswa Hukum publishes works of scientific creativity in the field of law, published twice a year in April and October. The purpose of this journal is to provide a place for students to publish their creative results in the field of research or review articles that are original and of community service. This journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. SANISA: Jurnal Kreativitas Mahasiswa Hukum is available online. The languages used in this journal are Indonesian and English. The scope of articles published in this journal discusses various problems in the fields of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Islamic Law, Customary Law, and other sections related to contemporary issues in the field of legal science.
