Jurnal Saniri is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.

To support digital preservation and safeguard the journal's scholarly record, Jurnal Saniri utilizes digital archiving and preservation mechanisms designed to protect published content against data loss, system failure, technical disruption, or discontinuation of the journal.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

Jurnal Saniri participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a digital preservation service developed within the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) ecosystem. PKP PN provides long-term preservation for journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS) and is designed to preserve published journal content independently of the journal's primary hosting environment.

Through PKP PN, published content can be preserved as part of a distributed digital preservation infrastructure, helping to maintain access to the journal's scholarly record in the event of system failure, data loss, or other disruption affecting the journal's primary platform.

LOCKSS

Jurnal Saniri supports the principles of LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) for distributed digital preservation. The journal permits compatible LOCKSS-based preservation services to collect and preserve its published scholarly content through distributed archival infrastructure.

LOCKSS-based preservation is intended to provide resilient preservation of scholarly content by maintaining copies within distributed preservation networks and supporting the integrity and continued availability of preserved content.

The journal's participation in digital preservation mechanisms is intended to ensure that published content remains identifiable, accessible, and preservable independently of the continued operation of the journal's primary website.

These preservation mechanisms help protect the journal's scholarly record and support long-term access for researchers, academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, students, librarians, and the wider public.
