Once your article is published in SASI, there are several steps you can take to increase its visibility, reach relevant readers and research communities, and support its scholarly dissemination.

SASI encourages authors to promote their published research through appropriate academic, institutional, and professional channels while respecting the journal's Copyright Policy, Author Self-Archiving Policy, and applicable licensing terms.

1. Share Your DOI

Your article's DOI provides a permanent and reliable identifier for your published research.

Whenever possible, use the DOI when sharing your article:

Using the DOI helps readers locate the official publication and ensures that references to your article remain stable over time.

2. Share the Official SASI Article Page

Share the official article page with colleagues, researchers, students, practitioners, and other interested readers.

The official SASI article page provides the authoritative publication record, including the article title, authors, abstract, bibliographic information, DOI, and available full-text formats.

When promoting your research online, linking to the official article page helps readers find the published version of your work.

3. Update Your ORCID Record

Add your published article to your ORCID record.

An up-to-date ORCID record helps connect your research outputs with your scholarly identity and makes your publications easier to discover.

Where available, use the article DOI when adding your publication to ORCID.

4. Update Your Academic and Institutional Profiles

Add your published article to relevant researcher and institutional profiles.

  • University or faculty researcher profiles

11. Respect Copyright and Self-Archiving Terms

Authors retain copyright in their published articles under the SASI Copyright Policy.

Before uploading, depositing, or redistributing a full-text version of your article, please review the Author Self-Archiving Policy.

The Self-Archiving Policy specifies the applicable article versions, permitted channels, attribution requirements, and other conditions for sharing and archiving.

Articles published by SASI are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).

12. Promote Your Research Responsibly

When promoting your article, provide accurate information about your research and the journal.

Please do not make unsupported claims that your article is:

  • Indexed in a database where it is not currently indexed
  • Highly cited without reliable evidence
  • Associated with a ranking, metric, award, or distinction that it has not received
  • Endorsed by an organization that has not provided such endorsement
  • Guaranteed to receive citations, downloads, or other forms of impact

Responsible promotion helps maintain trust in scholarly communication.

After your article is published, consider the following:
