Authors who publish their manuscripts in TATOHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum agree to the following conditions:

  1. The copyright in each article remains with the author(s), including the right to patent, where applicable.
  2. Authors grant TATOHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and identify itself as the original publisher of the published work. This license also authorizes the journal to assign a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and deposit the article's metadata with Crossref and other indexing, abstracting, discovery, and preservation services.
  3. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book, provided that the article's initial publication in TATOHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is acknowledged.
  4.
