Ownership and Management

Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) is owned, managed, and published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia.

Ownership of the journal does not imply ownership of copyright in individual articles. Copyright in published articles is retained by the authors in accordance with the journal's Copyright Policy and applicable licensing terms.

The journal is managed by the editorial team under the responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Editorial Board, and journal management team. The editorial team is responsible for the journal's editorial policy, peer review process, publication ethics, manuscript selection, editorial decision-making, and scholarly quality control.

The Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, as the publisher, provides institutional support for the operation, sustainability, and development of the journal. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions. Editorial decisions are made independently based on manuscript quality, originality, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, peer review reports, ethical compliance, and contribution to legal scholarship.

The journal's ownership, management structure, editorial responsibilities, publisher information, and the distinction between journal ownership and article copyright are publicly displayed to ensure transparency and accountability in scholarly publishing.
