Journal Description

Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarship in Contemporary Civil Law and Comparative Private Law, with particular emphasis on the transformation of private legal relationships in response to legal reform, technological innovation, economic development, and societal change across diverse legal systems and jurisdictions.
