Introduction:
Why the title of this journal is called BATULIS CIVIL LAW REVIEW: BATULIS is a term in the local language in the province of Maluku which means WRITE, whereas CIVIL LAW means Civil Law, so the journal BATULIS CIVIL LAW REVIEW which is a combination of local and global terms which means writing specifically the issue of Civil Law.
Journal History:
BATULIS CIVIL LAW REVIEW was published online for the first time in November 2020 by the Faculty of Law at Pattimura University as a national journal providing a forum for academics, legal practitioners, legal observers, students, researchers, and the general public who have an interest in the field of law especially Civil Law relating to BW Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Commercial Law, Agrarian Law, Agreement Law, Inheritance Law, Customary Law, Islamic Law, Economic / Business Law, Environmental Civil Law, and various other relevant Civil Law fields. This journal is published twice a year both online and in print.
On May 11, 2023, Batulis Civil Law Review has been accredited by Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi No. 79/E/KPT/2023 (SINTA 4), Valid from Vol. 2 No. 1, 2021 until Vol. 6. No. 2, 2025.
Starting in 2024 BALLREV will be published 3 times in March, July, and November.
