Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) welcomes original and rigorous legal research that advances scholarship in Contemporary Civil Law and Comparative Private Law. Authors from Indonesia and other jurisdictions are encouraged to submit manuscripts using doctrinal, comparative, empirical, socio-legal, or interdisciplinary approaches that offer meaningful contributions to international legal scholarship.

Authors should ensure that submissions comply with the journal's Focus and Scope, Author Guidelines, Publication Ethics, Peer Review Process, and applicable publication policies before submission.
