Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarship in Contemporary Civil Law and Comparative Private Law, serving as a platform for high-quality legal research that examines the development, interpretation, and transformation of private law across diverse legal systems and jurisdictions.
