AIWADTHU: Jurnal Pengabdian Hukum is a scientific law journal that specifically publishes articles on the results of service that is carried out directly in the community with contemporary methods and techniques that contain activities that contain elements of problem solving (Problem Solving). Focuses on the analysis and resolution of legal issues emerging in community settings and activity locations.     Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly research in Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law, with particular emphasis on the development, interpretation, application, and transformation of private legal relationships in response to legal reform, technological innovation, economic development, globalization, and societal change.

    BALLREV provides a specialized scholarly forum for rigorous research examining the theory, development, and practical application of Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law across diverse legal systems and jurisdictions. The journal welcomes doctrinal, empirical, comparative, socio-legal, historical, theoretical, and interdisciplinary research that contributes to legal scholarship, legal theory, judicial practice, legislative development, and law reform.

    BALLREV has a global geographical scope. The journal welcomes research on Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law from any country, region, jurisdiction, or legal tradition. Research may examine private law within a single jurisdiction, compare legal rules or institutions across jurisdictions, or address broader theoretical and conceptual questions concerning the development and transformation of Civil Law and Private Law.

    The journal particularly encourages research addressing contemporary challenges affecting private legal relationships, including legal reform, technological innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, economic development, globalization, and other emerging legal and societal developments. The journal also welcomes scholarship that contributes to comparative and cross-jurisdictional understanding of Civil Law and Private Law.

    International Contributions Welcome

    BALLREV welcomes original and rigorous research from scholars worldwide whose work advances the understanding and development of Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law. The journal welcomes submissions from all regions and legal jurisdictions, including research focused on a single jurisdiction as well as comparative and cross-jurisdictional studies.

    Comparative research is strongly encouraged but is not required for publication. Manuscripts are assessed on the originality, quality, methodological rigor, analytical depth, and substantive contribution of the research to Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law.

    SASI is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly research on Customary Law and the diverse customary legal traditions, institutions, and normative systems that operate across societies and jurisdictions worldwide.

    SASI provides a specialized scholarly forum for rigorous research on the formation, development, application, recognition, transformation, and contemporary relevance of Customary Law. The journal examines how customary legal norms and institutions regulate social relations, governance, justice, dispute resolution, community affairs, land and natural resources, cultural life, and other dimensions of society, as well as how Customary Law interacts with state law, religious law, international law, human rights frameworks, and other normative orders.

    The journal welcomes research on Customary Law in any geographical region, country, jurisdiction, or legal tradition. SASI does not limit its geographical scope to Indonesia or any particular region. Research may examine a specific customary legal system, compare customary legal traditions across jurisdictions, or explore broader theoretical and conceptual questions concerning the nature, operation, recognition, development, and transformation of Customary Law.

    SASI welcomes doctrinal, empirical, comparative, socio-legal, anthropological, historical, theoretical, and interdisciplinary research. The journal particularly values original scholarship that offers substantive theoretical contributions, rigorous empirical findings, sound legal analysis, meaningful comparative insights where appropriate, critical examination of legal developments, or interdisciplinary perspectives that advance knowledge and understanding of Customary Law.

    SASI welcomes original research from scholars worldwide and from all geographical regions and legal jurisdictions. The journal particularly encourages submissions that examine Customary Law within specific jurisdictions, compare customary legal traditions across different societies, or develop broader theoretical, empirical, socio-legal, anthropological, historical, or interdisciplinary perspectives on Customary Law.

    Research does not need to focus on Indonesia or any particular geographical region. SASI welcomes scholarship on Customary Law wherever the research makes a substantive and original contribution to the field and is relevant to its international scholarly readership.

    TATOHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, with a duration of 12 (twelve) times a year, from January to December. This journal is a means of publishing research articles from undergraduate thesis (S1) students of the Faculty of Law, Pattimura University, which is the obligation of every student to upload scientific papers, as one of the requirements for graduation and undergraduate graduation.
