Batulis Civil Law Review (BALLREV) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarship in Civil Law and Contemporary Private Law. The journal publishes high-quality legal research that explores the development, interpretation, and application of private law across diverse legal systems and jurisdictions.

Mandatory ORCID iD Authentication for Corresponding Authors Before Manuscript Submission

To improve author identification, metadata quality, and international visibility of published research, all Corresponding Authors are required to connect and authenticate their ORCID iD through their OJS profile before submitting a manuscript. Manuscript submissions cannot be completed without a verified ORCID iD.
