Vol. 6 No. 1 (2025): VOLUME 6 ISSUE 1, MARCH 2025

Published on March 31, 2025, this issue features seven scholarly articles authored by 24 researchers affiliated with institutions in 4 countries: Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Australia. The articles explore contemporary civil law and private law issues, including legal protection for bankruptcy debtors, breach of contract in digital transactions, geographical indications and intellectual property protection, copyright assessment of indigenous oral traditions, the alimentary rights of adopted children, guardianship and the management of children's assets, and the acceleration of land rights certification through the settlement of land tax obligations. These contributions enrich academic discussions on legal protection, contractual responsibility, intellectual property, family law, and land governance.
