Published on October 14, 2025, this issue features six scholarly articles authored by 16 researchers affiliated with institutions in 6 countries: Indonesia, Uzbekistan, the Philippines, Russia, the United States, and Nigeria. The articles explore contemporary civil law and business law issues, including land rights transfer and legal certainty, legal philosophy and business ethics, substantive justice in consumer protection, prophetic law and commercial contracts, the definition of agreements under the Indonesian Civil Code, and land law reform and equitable agrarian governance. These contributions enrich academic discussions on legal certainty, consumer protection, contractual justice, and comparative civil law perspectives across jurisdictions.
