Introduction After the Covid-19 pandemic that had an impact on the nation's economy, which resulted in a slump in the law in Indonesia in law enforcement efforts related to economic recovery. Foreign investors who invest in Indonesia, if law enforcement in Indonesia cannot achieve legal certainty and justice for investors, it is certain that investors will invest in other countries.
