BATULIS Civil Law Review (Batulis Civ. Law Rev. -BALLREV) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal, managed and published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, three times a year in March, July, and November. It aims to provide a platform to share insights, innovations, and critical approaches from the results of legal research in Indonesia and across countries, in analyzing interactions, applications, and adaptations in resolving complex contemporary issues in the field of civil law related to Economic/Business Law, Land Law, and Agrarian Law in its developmen,t triggering the evolution in civil law. Therefore, the main focus of BATULIS Civil Law Review is to comprehensively examine how the principles of civil law become an essential foundation for various legal domains, especially in the context of Economic/Business Law and Land and Agrarian Law.

 
Batulis Civil Law Review has been accredited by Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi No. 79/E/KPT/2023 (SINTA 4), Valid from Vol. 2 No. 1, 2021 until Vol. 6. No. 2, 2025.
